Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between xxx55 Gaming Ltd. ("xxx55", "we", "the Platform") and each registered member ("you", "member", "user").

By creating an account or using the xxx55 platform, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false details may result in account termination.
• Xxx55 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, xxx55 may request a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to complete KYC verification on time may delay your payment. xxx55 ensures the full security of all submitted information.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits at xxx55. Each method has its own processing time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Xxx55 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile operator may apply their own charges.

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings and rewards earned at xxx55.

General Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum withdrawal per business day is ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).

All xxx55 bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

After claiming a bonus, you must wager a specified amount before withdrawing those funds. This is known as the wagering requirement. Example: A ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• You generally have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.
• Certain games or betting categories may contribute at a different rate toward wagering requirements.
• After claiming a bonus, bets are deducted from the bonus balance before your real money balance.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

There are a few basic rules you must follow when placing bets at xxx55.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the Cash Out feature is available).
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum varies by game and event.
• Live bet odds may change after a match has started. xxx55 accepts bets at the latest available odds.

Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match is fully cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, xxx55 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live match, any active bets are generally settled automatically.

Xxx55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account and forfeit the balance without prior notice if any of the following actions occur.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions, or placing bets strategically to exploit a bonus.
• Collusion: Coordinated attempts by multiple players to defraud xxx55.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder money from illegal sources through the xxx55 platform.
• Software Abuse: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated tools.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.

Xxx55 believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial stress or emotional hardship.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Account deactivation from 6 months up to permanent closure.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.

These tools can be activated at any time from the "Responsible Gaming" section in your profile settings.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

Data Storage & Protection

• Xxx55 does not sell your information to any third party.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities when required by legal obligation.
• Even after account closure, certain data may be retained for a specified period for legal and compliance purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact xxx55 customer support in the first instance. We always aim to resolve issues amicably. If an internal resolution is not possible, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body.

Limitation of Liability

• Xxx55 is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues.
• Xxx55 is not liable for any bet losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Xxx55 bears no direct liability for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
